ABB PFEA112-20 3BSE050091R20 is a DIN rail mounted tension electronics unit for ABB Pressductor load cell tension measurement system. The tension electronics unit collects force signals from up to 2 tension load cells, calculates real-time web tension value and outputs analog signals to PLC and drive controller for closed-loop tension control. This ABB PFEA112-20 unit is equipped with 2×16 character multi-language LCD display and operation keys, supporting on-site parameter configuration, tension value monitoring and fault status check. The web tension controller integrates PROFIBUS-DP communication interface to realize data exchange with upper control system. It has built-in self-diagnostic function to continuously monitor load cell connection and internal circuit, and trigger alarm when abnormal signal occurs. It adopts IP20 protection design, suitable for installation inside electrical control cabinet.
