The RELIANCE 0-57026 FLC field control card is a discontinued CardPak series excitation control board for Reliance Electric classic analog DC drive rack systems, widely applied in papermaking, metallurgy, wire drawing, rolling mill and other heavy-duty industrial production lines. It is responsible for excitation current closed-loop regulation of the DC motor, cooperating with the main speed regulator card to stabilize motor field flux, realize constant power weak field speed regulation and excitation fault monitoring.

This plug-in CardPak circuit board adopts analog sampling and closed-loop control circuit design. It samples the excitation current signal in real time, compares it with the reference value, and adjusts the excitation output to maintain stable magnetic field. It supports field loss detection, overcurrent protection and excitation fault latch output. The excitation current threshold and loop gain can be adjusted by on-board potentiometers.
