The RELIANCE 0-52876 CPC control card is a discontinued CardPak series analog control board for Reliance Electric classic analog DC drive rack systems, widely deployed in papermaking, metallurgy, wire drawing, rolling mill and other heavy-duty industrial production lines. It cooperates with ramp card, summing amplifier card and regulator card in the same rack to complete composite closed-loop control, signal coordination and drive state management for the whole DC drive unit.

This plug-in CardPak circuit board adopts multi-channel analog signal processing and discrete logic circuit design. It integrates signal gating, loop switching and auxiliary protection logic, can switch between different control modes such as local control and remote control, and coordinate the reference signal and feedback signal of each functional card to form a complete speed and current double closed-loop control system. Multiple adjustment potentiometers are reserved on the board for loop gain matching and threshold fine-tuning.
