The RELIANCE 0-52854 SUMM summing amplifier card is a discontinued CardPak series functional board for Reliance Electric classic analog DC drive rack systems, widely applied in papermaking, metallurgy, wire drawing, rolling mill and other heavy-duty industrial production lines. It works with regulator card and other control cards inside the rack to complete the summing and superposition of multiple analog reference signals, forming the composite speed command for the drive closed-loop control loop.

This plug-in CardPak circuit board adopts precision analog summing amplifier circuit design. It can receive multiple input signals such as main speed setpoint, trim adjustment signal, bias signal and feedback compensation signal, carry out weighted addition and amplification, then output the synthesized reference signal to the speed regulator loop. The gain and offset can be adjusted through on-board potentiometers. It is a dedicated signal conditioning card for Reliance legacy analog DC drive platform, cannot be directly replaced by other series boards without rack adaptation, wiring confirmation and signal calibration. Multiple CardPak cards can be installed in one rack to realize multi-channel signal combination and coordinated control.
