Product Details
The RELIANCE 0-52850 IRFA interface card is a discontinued CardPak series signal interface board for Reliance Electric classic analog DC drive rack systems, widely used in papermaking, metallurgy, wire drawing, rolling mill and other heavy-duty industrial production lines. It serves as the signal transmission interface between the drive regulator loop and external peripheral devices, completing signal isolation, level conversion and signal forwarding, ensuring stable interaction between the drive control unit and external sensors, PLC and interlock equipment.
This plug-in CardPak circuit board adopts analog isolation and level conversion circuit design. It realizes the bidirectional transmission of setpoint signal, feedback signal and fault signal, isolates the interference between the internal drive loop and external control circuit, and avoids signal distortion caused by ground loop. It is equipped with signal matching circuits to adapt to different external signal voltage levels. It belongs to the dedicated interface card of Reliance legacy analog DC drive platform, cannot be directly replaced by other series boards without rack matching, wiring confirmation and signal calibration. Multiple CardPak cards can be installed in one rack to realize multi-channel signal access for the drive system.
It is equipped with gold-plated edge connectors and standard CardPak mounting structure, supporting plug-in replacement inside the drive cabinet. The PCB layout adopts anti-vibration and anti-electromagnetic interference design to adapt to harsh industrial sites with strong power interference and mechanical vibration. Users need to confirm the rack type, slot definition and signal definition before replacement. This legacy RELIANCE 0-52850 card is mainly used for maintenance of old DC drives and production line renovation projects. Signal communication inspection and no-load function test are required after installation. A conformal coated version is optional for high humidity and dusty industrial sites. This IRFA interface card is widely used in Reliance old DC drive repair, industrial production line transformation and DC motor closed-loop speed control systems.
This CardPak interface card is powered by the drive rack power supply. The edge connector supports quick plug replacement for convenient on-site inspection and maintenance. The optimal operating temperature range is 0°C to 55°C, storage temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C, relative humidity 5% to 85% non-condensing. It complies with industrial shock, vibration and EMC standards and has CE certifications. It supports parameter backup for fast recovery after hardware replacement.
This RELIANCE 0-52850 IRFA interface card is widely applied in Reliance analog DC drive control systems. It completes signal isolation and interface conversion between the drive and external control equipment. As a reliable spare part for Reliance legacy drive systems, the 0-52850 retains original signal transmission characteristics, helping customers reduce maintenance cost of old industrial equipment.
