The RELIANCE 0-52837 ACCA analog comparator card is a discontinued CardPak series functional card for Reliance Electric classic analog DC drive rack systems, widely deployed in papermaking, metallurgy, wire drawing, rolling mill and other heavy-duty industrial production lines. It cooperates with regulator board and other control cards inside the rack to collect analog speed and voltage signals, complete signal comparison, threshold judgment and status indication for the drive system.

This plug-in CardPak circuit board adopts analog comparator circuit design. It is equipped with multiple LED status indicators on the front panel, including feed perm, low speed, zero speed, overspeed and other alarm status display. It judges whether the feedback signal exceeds the preset threshold, outputs switching status and fault trigger signals to the drive control loop. It can adjust the comparison threshold through on-board potentiometers. It is a dedicated matching card for Reliance legacy analog DC drive platform, cannot be directly replaced by other series boards without rack adaptation, wiring confirmation and threshold calibration.
