The RELIANCE 0-52808 is a discontinued OLVC overload voltage control card of Reliance Electric CardPak series, designed for classic analog DC drive rack systems, widely used in metallurgy, papermaking, wire drawing, rolling mill and other heavy-duty industrial production lines. It cooperates with regulator board and other functional cards in the same rack to monitor bus voltage, detect overvoltage and overload conditions, trigger protective interlock and fault alarm, prevent power device damage caused by abnormal voltage surge.

This plug-in CardPak circuit board adopts analog sampling and comparison circuit design. It collects DC bus voltage signal in real time, compares with preset threshold, outputs fault latch signal and interlock shutdown command when overvoltage or overload occurs. It has on-board potentiometers for protection threshold adjustment. It is a dedicated safety protection card for Reliance legacy analog DC drive platform, cannot be directly replaced by other series boards without rack matching, wiring confirmation and protection loop calibration.
