Product Details
The RELIANCE 0-51851 is a discontinued regulator control card of Reliance Electric CardPak series, designed for classic analog DC drive rack systems, widely used in metallurgy, papermaking, wire drawing, rolling mill and other heavy-duty production lines. It cooperates with other functional cards in the same rack to complete closed-loop regulation, signal sampling and fault protection for DC drive units, and keeps stable torque and speed output of DC motors under variable load conditions.
This plug-in CardPak circuit board adopts analog operational amplifier and discrete logic circuit design. It can receive tachometer feedback, current sampling and external reference signals, and adjust speed loop gain, current limit and protection threshold through on-board potentiometers. It is a dedicated matching spare part for Reliance legacy analog DC drive platform. It cannot be directly replaced by other series boards without rack adaptation, wiring check and loop calibration. Multiple functional cards can be combined in one rack to realize multi-loop coordinated control of the drive system.
It is equipped with gold-plated edge connectors and standard CardPak mounting structure, supporting plug-in replacement inside the drive cabinet. The PCB layout adopts anti-vibration and anti-electromagnetic interference design to adapt to harsh industrial sites with strong power interference and mechanical vibration. Users need to confirm the rack type, slot definition and card version before replacement. This legacy RELIANCE 0-51851 card is mainly used for maintenance of old DC drives and production line renovation projects. Signal inspection and no-load commissioning are required after installation. A conformal coated version is optional for high humidity and dusty industrial sites. This regulator card is widely used in Reliance old DC drive repair, industrial production line transformation and DC motor closed-loop speed control systems.
This CardPak control card is powered by the drive rack power supply. The edge connector supports quick plug replacement for convenient on-site inspection and maintenance. The optimal operating temperature range is 0°C to 55°C, storage temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C, relative humidity 5% to 85% non-condensing. It complies with industrial shock, vibration and EMC standards and has CE certifications. It supports parameter backup for fast recovery after hardware replacement.
This RELIANCE 0-51851 regulator control card is widely applied in Reliance analog DC drive control systems. It undertakes core closed-loop regulation and over-limit protection for the drive. As a reliable spare part for Reliance legacy drive systems, the 0-51851 retains original control logic characteristics, helping customers reduce maintenance cost of old industrial equipment.
