Product Details
The RELIANCE 0-49061 is a discontinued CardPak series auxiliary control card designed for Reliance Electric classic analog DC drive rack systems, widely applied in papermaking, metallurgy, wire drawing, rolling mill and other heavy-duty production lines. It works with the 0-48673 regulator board and other CardPak modules in the same rack to realize auxiliary signal conditioning, interlock logic processing, alarm latch and status feedback functions for the DC drive unit.
This plug-in CardPak circuit board adopts analog signal processing and discrete logic circuit design. It receives current sampling, speed feedback and external safety interlock signals, and provides limit protection, fault output and auxiliary reference signal for the speed regulation loop. It belongs to the dedicated functional card of the Reliance legacy analog DC drive platform, and cannot be directly replaced by other series boards without rack adaptation, wiring confirmation and loop calibration. Multiple CardPak cards can be installed in one rack to realize multi-loop coordinated control of the drive system.
It is equipped with gold-plated edge connectors and standard CardPak mounting structure, supporting plug-in replacement inside the drive cabinet. The PCB layout adopts anti-vibration and anti-electromagnetic interference design to adapt to harsh industrial sites with strong power interference and mechanical vibration. Users need to confirm the rack type, slot definition and card version before replacement. This legacy RELIANCE 0-49061 card is mainly used for maintenance of old DC drives and production line renovation projects. Signal inspection and no-load commissioning are required after installation. A conformal coated version is optional for high humidity and dusty industrial sites. This auxiliary control card is widely used in Reliance old DC drive repair, industrial production line transformation and DC motor closed-loop speed control systems.
This CardPak control card is powered by the drive rack power supply. The edge connector supports quick plug replacement for convenient on-site inspection and maintenance. The optimal operating temperature range is 0°C to 55°C, storage temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C, relative humidity 5% to 85% non-condensing. It complies with industrial shock, vibration and EMC standards and has CE certifications. It supports parameter backup for fast recovery after hardware replacement.
This RELIANCE 0-49061 CardPak auxiliary control card is widely used in Reliance analog DC drive control systems. It completes auxiliary signal processing and safety interlock protection for the drive. As a reliable spare part for Reliance legacy drive systems, the 0-49061 retains original control logic characteristics, helping customers reduce maintenance cost of old industrial equipment.
