The RELIANCE 0-49025 is a discontinued CardPak series control module for Reliance Electric classic DC drive systems, widely used in metallurgy, paper, wire drawing and rolling mill production lines. It serves as a functional signal processing card inside the drive rack, responsible for signal conditioning, logic judgment, auxiliary closed-loop control and fault status transmission, coordinating the regulator board and power unit to realize stable torque and speed output of DC motors.

This module adopts plug-in CardPak structure, with integrated analog signal processing circuit and digital logic circuit.
