REXROTH BTA20.2-NB-FP-VB-BS belongs to Indramat BTA20 series modular machine operator panel for System200 control platform. NB is the main base circuit board variant, FP is mode selector module, VB is handwheel override module, BS represents INTERBUS-S fieldbus communication interface. It adopts flush panel mounting design, front side IP65 protection rating, each functional module is pluggable and replaceable separately. This legacy operator panel is discontinued, available stock are refurbished spare units for CNC machine tools and automated assembly production lines.

This operator panel is used as local machine operation station for field operators. It supports operating mode switching, feed and spindle override adjustment, manual jog movement via handwheel, cycle start and stop control. All operation signals and handwheel pulse data are transmitted to the Indramat main control rack through INTERBUS-S bus. Shielded bus wiring reduces electromagnetic interference caused by servo drives and harsh workshop environment.

The front shell uses impact-resistant industrial plastic with matte finish. The VB handwheel module features high-resolution encoder for precise manual axis jogging.
