Product Details:
REXROTH BGNNTB01-01 is an Indramat bus gateway module for legacy motion control systems. It is DIN rail mounted inside the electrical cabinet, responsible for protocol conversion between the internal control backplane bus and external fieldbus network. This old-generation module is discontinued, available stock are refurbished spare units for CNC machine tools and automated nutrunner assembly lines.
This gateway realizes bidirectional data exchange between the Indramat control rack and upper-level host controller. It transmits axis status, fault information, motion commands and parameter data through bus conversion. Shielded bus wiring reduces electromagnetic interference from adjacent servo power units and harsh workshop environment. It works cooperatively with axis processor, power supply and I/O modules to complete the whole motion control task.
The module is powered by 24V DC auxiliary supply. Front panel LED indicators display power status, bus link status and communication faults. Hot swap is not supported; power supply must be cut off before disassembly and replacement. It adopts industrial-grade PCB and isolated signal circuit to improve anti-interference capability.
All units pass communication handshake test, data transmission test and long-time stability aging test before shipment, to ensure reliable operation under continuous multi-shift industrial production.
It is widely used on CNC machining centers, automotive bolt tightening stations and metal forming automation equipment. Typical application scenarios include bus communication spare replacement for aging Indramat control systems, old machine tool electrical retrofit and control cabinet maintenance. Automation integrators select this Rexroth BGNNTB01-01 for its stable protocol conversion function and good compatibility with Indramat control cards.
