Product Details:
REXROTH BG2-44 belongs to Indramat BG series incremental rotary encoder for spindle and servo motor feedback. It adopts hollow shaft flange mounting structure, direct coupling installation on motor shaft end, differential line driver signal output. This legacy encoder is discontinued, available stock are refurbished spare units for Indramat spindle motors and old CNC machine tools.
This encoder converts mechanical rotation angle and speed into digital pulse signals, feeding position and speed data back to the matching Rexroth spindle drive for closed-loop regulation. It features high pulse resolution, stable signal waveform and strong anti-interference design. Shielded feedback cable reduces electromagnetic interference from servo power cables and harsh workshop environment.
The encoder housing is compact aluminum alloy shell, protection grade IP54 at the mounting side. Internal bearing structure supports continuous high-speed rotation, wide operating temperature range -20℃ ~ +70℃. It uses standard D-Sub or round connector for signal wiring, compatible with ADF, ADP, ADM series Indramat spindle motors.
All units pass pulse output test, phase sequence test and signal stability aging test before shipment to adapt to long-time multi-shift high-speed spindle operation.
It is widely used on CNC machining centers, mold milling machines and metal cutting automation equipment. Typical application scenarios include spindle position feedback, spare replacement for aging Indramat spindle systems and old machine tool retrofit. Automation integrators select this Rexroth BG2-44 for its compact hollow-shaft design and reliable incremental feedback performance.
