REXROTH AHAG-K-2310-0-3 is a dedicated electronic amplifier card for proportional hydraulic valves. It is designed for cabinet DIN rail installation and used to drive Rexroth proportional pressure and flow control valves. This legacy amplifier card is discontinued, available stock are refurbished spare units for injection molding machines, hydraulic presses and metal forming hydraulic systems.

This amplifier converts analog setpoint signals into regulated drive current for proportional solenoids. It supports signal calibration, ramp time adjustment, dead band compensation and feedback signal processing. It can work with 0-10V voltage command or 4-20mA current command signal. Shielded signal wiring reduces electromagnetic interference from servo drives and harsh workshop environment.

The module runs on 24V DC supply voltage. It has built-in status LEDs for power, signal input and fault indication. Adjustable potentiometers or parameter settings are used to tune gain and offset to match the characteristic curve of the proportional valve. Short-circuit and overcurrent protection for the solenoid output channel are integrated inside.
