REXROTH ADM1.2-100-300-W1 belongs to Indramat ADM series high-speed asynchronous spindle motor. It adopts compact integrated structure, W1 encoder feedback interface, independent liquid cooling circuit for high power density operation. This legacy spindle motor has been discontinued, available stock are refurbished spare units for CNC machining centers and high-speed milling machines.

This spindle motor cooperates with matched Rexroth spindle drive to complete closed-loop speed and orientation control. It provides steady torque output in constant power zone, suitable for high-speed cutting and precise spindle positioning. Separate power connector and feedback connector can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference from surrounding servo drives and on-site harsh industrial environment. There is no built-in holding brake for this model.

The internal winding adopts Class F insulation, ambient operating temperature range 0~45℃. Motor housing protection grade is IP54, which can resist dust and splashing cutting fluid. Precision high-speed bearings and dynamically balanced rotor greatly reduce vibration and torque ripple during high-speed rotation. Flange mounting form is convenient for direct installation on machine spindle head and quick replacement.

All parameters can be set and adjusted through Rexroth supporting engineering software. Every unit will go through strict tests before delivery, including insulation test, speed stability test, cyclic load endurance test and vibration test, to ensure stable operation under long-time multi-shift production.
