REXROTH A234-276 is a pressure-compensated variable displacement vane pump. It adopts internal vane rotor structure, foot mounting design, built-in pressure compensator to automatically adjust output flow according to system pressure. This pump belongs to older legacy series and has been discontinued, available stock are surplus new or refurbished spare units for plastic injection machines and general hydraulic stations.

This variable vane pump provides stepless flow regulation. When the hydraulic system pressure reaches the set threshold, the compensator reduces the pump displacement to maintain constant pressure and cut unnecessary flow output, which helps reduce heat generation and energy consumption. The rotor and vanes are made of high wear-resistant alloy material. Separate oil inlet and outlet ports are arranged for stable oil suction and discharge. It requires filtered mineral hydraulic oil as working medium.

The pump housing is cast iron, low noise operation structure. Standard working pressure up to 140 bar, optional higher pressure version. Internal side plate and pressure plate design ensures good volumetric efficiency. Shaft seal is NBR material by default, FKM seal can be selected for high-temperature oil. The shaft extension can connect with motor via flexible coupling.

All units pass hydraulic pressure test, flow characteristic test, leakage inspection and noise test before shipment to ensure stable performance under long-time continuous hydraulic operation.

It is widely used on injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, fixture clamping hydraulic power units and packaging hydraulic equipment.
