It is a plug-in module designed for installation inside the SB300 series system cabinet. Supply specification: 5V / 3.0A and 24V / 2.0A dual power supply. This legacy module is discontinued, available stock are refurbished spare units for automotive bolt tightening stations and old Indramat assembly production lines.

This KE300 module acts as the communication gateway between the tightening controller and upper host systems. It bidirectionally transmits torque value, angle data, tightening result codes, alarm status and operation signals. It supports tightening job parameter download, program selection and remote diagnostic functions. Shielded bus wiring reduces electromagnetic interference generated by servo drives and harsh workshop environment.
