Frame size 22 corresponds to NG25, B05 standard flange mounting, J spool function, 7X component series, 6E high-power pilot solenoid configuration, 110V AC solenoid supply, N9 concealed manual override, TS internal pilot oil supply and external pilot return, K4 NBR standard sealing set. This heavy-duty hydraulic valve is widely used for large-flow hydraulic actuator direction switching in heavy industrial hydraulic systems.

This valve adopts two-stage control structure. The upper pilot solenoid valve controls pilot oil flow to drive the main spool for large-flow direction switching. For J spool function, P to A and B to T at one working position; P to B and A to T at the other working position; all ports closed at neutral position. The AC wet solenoid provides strong driving force, stable switching action and low sensitivity to voltage fluctuation. Separate power wiring reduces electromagnetic interference generated by servo drives and harsh workshop environment.

The valve body is made of high-strength cast iron with precision ground main spool and sleeve matching pair. Standard NBR seals for mineral hydraulic oil, FKM seals optional for high temperature or special media. Maximum operating pressure of P/A/B ports reaches 315 bar, T port backpressure limit 210 bar, maximum flow up to 1100 L/min. Dynamic balanced main spool and heavy-duty guide bearings reduce vibration and internal leakage for stable long-cycle operation.
