REXROTH 4WE6D61 belongs to WE6 series direct operated 4/3 solenoid directional spool valve. Size NG6, CETOP 03, subplate mounting conforming to ISO 4401-03 standard, D spool function, wet-pin solenoid and spring centering structure. This older 61 version is discontinued, available stock are refurbished spare units for injection molding machines and hydraulic automation production lines.

This directional valve switches hydraulic flow direction by energizing or de-energizing the solenoid. For D spool function, P to A, B to T at one side; P to B, A to T at the other side; A and B connected while P and T blocked at neutral position. The wet armature solenoid is immersed in hydraulic oil for excellent heat dissipation, featuring stable switching action and long coil service life. Separate power wiring reduces electromagnetic interference from servo drives and harsh workshop environment.

The valve body adopts high-strength alloy steel with precision ground spool and sleeve matching pair. Standard NBR sealing material, FKM seals optional for high temperature or special hydraulic media. Maximum working pressure of P/A/B port reaches 350 bar, T port backpressure limit 210 bar, rated flow up to 80 L/min for DC solenoid configuration. Vibration-resistant structure and low friction spool design ensure reliable repeated switching response.

All units pass factory inspection including pressure tightness test, switching response test, cycle endurance test and leakage test before shipment to adapt to long-time multi-shift hydraulic system operation.
