REXROTH 3DREPE belongs to direct operated 3-way proportional pressure reducing valve series, size 6, subplate mounting design, integrated on-board electronics. It converts electrical command signal into proportional output hydraulic pressure, supports precise closed-loop pressure regulation for hydraulic circuits. This hydraulic valve is widely used in injection molding machines, metal forming equipment and automated clamping systems.

This valve adopts dual proportional solenoid driving structure and spring-centered control spool. It can realize pressure reduction from P port to A port and pressure relief from A port to T port simultaneously. The built-in amplifier ensures linear pressure-response characteristic curve, low hysteresis and excellent repeatability. Separate power and signal wiring reduce electromagnetic interference from servo drives and harsh industrial workshop environment.

The valve body uses high-strength alloy steel with precision ground spool and matched sleeve, wear-resistant sealing structure. Rated voltage is 24V DC, maximum working pressure up to 315 bar, standard flow range 15~45 L/min. Hysteresis ≤5%, repeatability ≤1%, optional manual override function for commissioning and emergency operation. Standard mounting pattern follows ISO 4401-03 interface for convenient on-site replacement.
