REXROTH 112C-0-ED-1-B/130-A-1/1625/S05 is a dedicated DC servo motor for Bosch Rexroth legacy modular nutrunner tightening spindle. It adopts low inertia rotor design and fast dynamic response to handle high-cycle repetitive bolt fastening tasks, with 130V operating voltage. This legacy motor model is discontinued, most available stock are refurbished spare parts for maintenance of old automotive fastening stations.

This servo motor cooperates with resolver or encoder angle feedback and torque transducer to realize dual closed-loop control of torque and rotation angle. It supports rapid rotation and precision controlled tightening stages. Independent power and signal wiring arrangement reduces electromagnetic interference caused by inverters and on-site equipment. This is a standalone motor unit, without gearbox, torque transducer or built-in holding brake.
