REXROTH 109-525-3201A-8 is a hybrid shielded cable assembly for Bosch Rexroth legacy modular servo nutrunner spindle. It integrates motor power cores and twisted-pair feedback signal wires inside one heavy-duty outer jacket, pre-terminated with matching connectors for plug-and-play connection between tightening spindle and controller. This legacy cable is out of production, and available stock are refurbished spare harnesses for maintenance of old automotive fastening stations.

This cable transmits power supply for spindle servo motor and resolver or encoder feedback signals simultaneously. The overall shielding suppresses electromagnetic interference from inverters and workshop equipment, keeping stable signal transmission for torque-angle closed-loop fastening control.
