The RELIANCE 0-57422 analog input module is a discontinued multi-channel isolated analog acquisition card for Reliance Electric AutoMax DCS5000 distributed control system, widely used in metallurgy, papermaking, rolling mill and other heavy-duty continuous production lines. It collects analog signals from field transmitters, pressure sensors, flow sensors and temperature transmitters, converts analog current or voltage signals into digital data, and uploads the data to the AutoMax processor for process monitoring, closed-loop regulation and data recording.

This module adopts high-precision A/D conversion and channel isolation circuit design. It supports standard industrial signal types including 4-20mA and 0-10V. Each channel has independent isolation circuit to suppress common-mode interference and ground loop noise.
