The RELIANCE 0-57419 digital input module is a discontinued plug-in 5-24VDC discrete input card for Reliance Electric AutoMax DCS5000 distributed control system, widely used in metallurgy, papermaking, rolling mill and other heavy-duty industrial production lines. It collects dry contact or DC level signals from field devices such as limit switches, push buttons, proximity sensors and auxiliary relay contacts, converts them into digital signals, and transmits the status data to the AutoMax processor for logic judgment and sequence control.
