The RELIANCE 0-57411 resolver input module is a discontinued high-precision resolver acquisition card for Reliance Electric AutoMax DCS5000 distributed control system, widely applied in metallurgy, papermaking, rolling mill and other heavy-duty production lines requiring precise shaft position and speed detection. It collects sine and cosine feedback signals from resolver, converts analog resolver signals into digital angle and speed data, and transmits the data to the AutoMax processor for closed-loop position control and master-slave synchronization.

This module integrates resolver excitation drive and high-precision decoding circuit. It supports 12-bit single-turn resolution and 2-bit revolution counter, and the position sampling interval can be configured from 500 microseconds to 32.767 seconds.
