The RELIANCE 0-57400 resolver input card is a discontinued plug-in module for Reliance Electric AutoMax PLC system, widely used in metallurgy, paper, rolling mill and other heavy-duty industrial equipment that requires high-precision position and speed detection. It collects resolver analog sine and cosine signals, converts them into digital position and speed data, and transmits the processed data to the AutoMax controller for closed-loop position control and speed regulation.

This module integrates resolver excitation drive and high-precision decoding circuit. It provides excitation signal for the resolver, samples the feedback sine/cosine signals, calculates shaft angle and rotation speed, and supports resolver fault detection, signal loss alarm and data validity judgment.
