The RELIANCE 0-57300 SYNC synchronization control card is a discontinued CardPak series synchronization processing board for Reliance Electric classic analog DC drive rack systems, widely used in papermaking, metallurgy, wire drawing, rolling mill and other heavy-duty production lines which require multi-motor synchronous operation. It coordinates the speed reference signals of multiple drive units, realizes speed tracking and master-slave synchronization, and keeps the linear speed matching of each section of the production line.

This plug-in CardPak circuit board adopts analog phase comparison and signal tracking circuit design. It receives the master speed reference signal and slave feedback signal, calculates the deviation between master and slave, outputs trimming compensation signal to the slave drive loop. It can adjust synchronization gain and deviation threshold through on-board potentiometers. It has deviation alarm and out-of-sync latch protection functions. It belongs to the dedicated synchronization card for Reliance legacy analog DC drive platform, cannot be directly replaced by other series boards without rack adaptation, wiring confirmation and synchronization loop calibration.
