The RELIANCE 0-57045 FDBK feedback signal card is a discontinued CardPak series feedback processing board for Reliance Electric classic analog DC drive rack systems, widely deployed in papermaking, metallurgy, wire drawing, rolling mill and other heavy-duty industrial production lines. It is dedicated to processing tachometer generator and encoder speed feedback signals, converting raw feedback signals into standard analog signals for the speed regulator loop, forming closed-loop speed control for DC motors.

This plug-in CardPak circuit board adopts signal shaping, filtering and isolation circuit design. It receives pulse or analog voltage feedback signals from speed detection devices, completes noise filtering, amplitude conversion and signal conditioning. It can adjust feedback gain and zero offset through on-board potentiometers. It supports overspeed detection and feedback loss fault latch output, and sends alarm signals to other control cards in the rack. It belongs to the dedicated feedback acquisition card for Reliance legacy analog DC drive platform, cannot be directly replaced by other series boards without rack adaptation, wiring confirmation and feedback loop calibration. Multiple CardPak cards can be installed in one rack to realize independent feedback processing for multi-drive synchronous control.

The PCB layout adopts anti-vibration and anti-electromagnetic interference design to adapt to harsh industrial sites with strong power interference and mechanical vibration.
