The RELIANCE 0-057427 regulator control board is a discontinued analog closed-loop control card for Reliance Electric legacy SCR DC drive units, widely deployed in metallurgy, papermaking, rolling mill and other heavy-duty continuous production lines. It works with feedback sampling board, gate pulse driver board and excitation power board to complete speed loop and current loop PI regulation, output SCR firing angle commands, and achieve stable speed and torque control for DC motors.

It receives external speed reference signal and tachometer generator feedback signal, calculates deviation and converts speed loop output into current reference.
