Product Details

The RELIANCE 0-57405 Drive Analog I/O Module is a discontinued plug-in analog interface card for Reliance Electric AutoMax distributed control system, widely used in metallurgy, papermaking, rolling mill and other heavy-duty industrial production lines. It serves as the analog signal bridge between AutoMax processor and DC drive units, collecting field analog feedback signals and outputting analog speed reference commands to the drive for closed-loop speed and torque control.

This module adopts multi-channel isolated analog sampling and output circuit design. It supports standard industrial analog signals such as 0-10V and 4-20mA. It converts analog feedback signals from the drive (current, voltage, speed) into digital data for the controller, and converts the control command from the backplane bus into analog reference signal to drive regulator loop. It integrates channel overrange detection, signal loss alarm and isolation protection function, and can feed channel fault status back to the AutoMax CPU. It is a dedicated analog matching module for Reliance AutoMax and legacy DC drive platform, cannot be directly replaced by other series modules without rack matching, signal wiring confirmation and channel calibration. Multiple analog I/O modules can be installed in one rack to realize multi-drive analog signal centralized interaction.

It adopts standard AutoMax rack plug-in structure, equipped with rear gold-plated bus connector for backplane communication and power supply. The PCB layout adopts anti-vibration and common-mode interference suppression design, adapting to industrial sites with large power interference and mechanical vibration. Users need to confirm rack model, slot address, signal range and drive wiring definition before replacement. This legacy RELIANCE 0-57405 module is mainly used for old AutoMax-Drive system maintenance and production line renovation. Channel signal calibration and linkage test with DC drive are required after installation. A conformal coated version is optional for high humidity and dusty industrial sites. This drive analog I/O module is widely used in Reliance AutoMax system renovation, analog signal acquisition and drive closed-loop control projects.

This Drive Analog I/O module is powered by the AutoMax rack backplane power supply. The rear connector supports quick plug replacement for convenient on-site inspection and maintenance. The optimal operating temperature range is 0°C to 55°C, storage temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C, relative humidity 5% to 85% non-condensing. It complies with industrial shock, vibration and EMC standards and has CE certifications. It supports parameter backup for fast recovery after hardware replacement.

This RELIANCE 0-57405 Drive Analog I/O Module is widely applied in Reliance AutoMax distributed control systems. It completes analog signal transmission and conversion between controller and drive units. As a reliable spare part for Reliance legacy AutoMax systems, the 0-57405 retains original analog signal acquisition and output characteristics, helping customers reduce maintenance cost of old industrial automation equipment.
