YASKAWA CACR‑SR02AB1ER‑Y1 is a rack‑mount SERVOPACK servo amplifier of Yaskawa CACR‑SR series, designed for 200V AC power supply and compatible with 0.2kW servo motor. It adopts sub‑rack slot installation inside cabinet instead of standard DIN‑rail mounting.

Main circuit accepts three‑phase 200‑230VAC input, control circuit uses single‑phase 200‑230VAC at 50/60Hz. It adopts IGBT‑PWM sine‑wave driving and supports three closed‑loop control modes: position, speed and torque. Equipped with encoder feedback connector for incremental encoder signal reception, it has terminals for pulse command and analog command input, and built‑in digital I/O for servo enable, alarm output and limit signal exchange. Regenerative braking circuit is integrated, and external braking resistor can be connected to absorb regenerative energy from motor.

Front‑panel digital alarm display and LED status indicators show fault codes such as overload, over‑current, over‑voltage and encoder error for convenient on‑site diagnosis. Operating temperature ranges from 0‑55℃ with IP20 protection. Multiple protection functions including overload, over‑voltage, under‑voltage, over‑current and over‑heat safeguard the drive and matched servo motor.

This servo amplifier receives motion commands from upper‑level controller and executes closed‑loop calculation of current loop, speed loop and position loop to drive servo motor for high‑precision positioning, speed regulation and torque control. It is applied for motion axis control of special machinery, semiconductor equipment, automatic production lines and precision processing machines to perform feeding, positioning and pressing operations. As an obsolete legacy spare part, it is mainly used for faulty drive replacement to restore operation of aging automated production equipment。
