It is a high‑performance digital motion control module for M3000 automation system, integrating PLC logic processing and high‑speed closed‑loop motion control for hydraulic and electric actuators. It adopts 32‑bit PowerPC RISC processor with floating‑point unit, equipped with 4MB RAM and 4MB Flash EEPROM for 10‑year non‑volatile data retention.

Power supply is 24V DC with operating range 18‑36V DC, current consumption is 0.5A at idle and up to 2A under full load. It has 8 channels of 16‑bit analog inputs configurable for ±10V, ±10mA and 4‑20mA signals, 2 channels of 16‑bit analog outputs, 8 individually configurable digital I/O channels and 2 sensor interfaces supporting incremental encoder, SSI and EnDat. Communication interfaces include 10Base‑T Ethernet and dual CAN bus. Minimum task cycle time reaches 400μs with IP20 protection class. Rack‑mount structure and front‑panel LED indicators support on‑site status monitoring and fault diagnosis.
