MOOG D136-001-008 is a high-performance digital motion controller belonging to MOOG MSC I series, designed to implement closed-loop control for electro-hydraulic and electric servo systems. This motion controller adopts standard DIN-rail mounting design with IP20 protection grade, supporting precise control of position, speed, force and pressure for industrial test benches, material fatigue testing machines, hydraulic simulation platforms and special automated equipment. It can be programmed by Moog Axis Control Software (MACS) complying with IEC 61131-3 standard, bringing flexible programming environment and convenient on-site commissioning work. The controller is equipped with abundant built-in I/O and communication interfaces, including Ethernet port, CANopen channels, dual differential encoder feedback channels, 8 analog input channels, 2 analog output channels and 8 digital I/O points. It supports SSI and incremental encoder signal acquisition, and adopts galvanic isolation design between power supply, logic circuit and I/O circuits to resist electromagnetic interference in harsh industrial operating environments. The device operates on 24V DC power supply with an acceptable voltage range of 18V to 36V DC. It has 4 MB RAM and 4 MB Flash EEPROM memory, and supports fast control cycle down to 500µs for high-speed real-time motion control tasks.
