MOOG 152D-423A is a two-stage mechanical feedback electro-hydraulic servo valve, developed for high-precision closed-loop hydraulic control systems. This moog servo valve adopts torque motor and dual-nozzle flapper pilot stage structure, delivering fast dynamic response, low hysteresis and outstanding repeatability during continuous cyclic operation. It adopts mechanical spool feedback structure to stabilize flow output without electronic position feedback, maintaining stable control performance under vibration and temperature fluctuation in industrial working environments. A built-in replaceable filter can trap solid particles inside hydraulic oil, protecting precision internal components and reducing maintenance frequency. It accepts standard analog current control signal, continuously adjusting the spool opening and converting electrical command signals into proportional hydraulic flow output, to precisely regulate displacement, speed and force of hydraulic actuators. The valve body is fabricated from high-strength alloy steel with anti-corrosion surface treatment, compatible with mineral oil and fire-resistant hydraulic fluid. This electro-hydraulic valve is widely applied in material fatigue test benches, aerospace structural loading test systems, automotive component durability test equipment and hydraulic simulation platforms. It can be paired with MOOG motion controllers to construct complete closed-loop electro-hydraulic control systems for multi-axis synchronous loading projects.
