MOOG 0514600055100LG is a precision high-pressure cartridge servo valve engineered for heavy-duty hydraulic control systems. It adopts standard ISO 7368 cartridge cavity mounting style and can be directly embedded into hydraulic manifold blocks, eliminating extra pipe connections, reducing system leakage points and saving installation space. This moog hydraulic valve integrates spool position closed-loop feedback sensor, which can continuously monitor spool position and compensate deviation in real time, delivering high repeatability and low control drift during long-cycle continuous operation. The valve body is manufactured from high-strength precision alloy steel, with excellent pressure resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance. Its internal flow channel is optimized to reduce pressure loss and internal leakage. The rated flow reaches 20 US gpm under rated pressure drop, and the maximum working pressure can reach up to 5000 psi (345 bar). It accepts standard analog control signals, which can continuously adjust the opening of the spool and convert electrical control commands into proportional hydraulic flow output, to achieve accurate force, speed and position control of hydraulic actuators. This high pressure servo valve is widely used in heavy forging presses, large material fatigue test benches, metal forming equipment, high-pressure hydraulic simulation platforms and other heavy industrial hydraulic control fields. The cartridge structure simplifies assembly and maintenance procedures.
