MOOG 0514500531100LG is a high-flow cartridge servo valve engineered for heavy-duty high-pressure hydraulic systems, adopting standard ISO 7368 cartridge cavity installation, which can be embedded directly into hydraulic manifold blocks to eliminate extra pipe connections and reduce the overall system footprint. This moog hydraulic valve integrates spool position closed-loop feedback sensor to deliver precise flow regulation and strong anti-drift performance, maintaining stable control accuracy during long-cycle continuous operation. It is constructed with high-strength precision alloy steel, with excellent resistance to pressure, impact and fatigue, and features optimized internal flow channel design to lower pressure loss and internal leakage. The rated flow reaches 15 US gpm under rated pressure drop, and the maximum working pressure can reach up to 5000 psi (345 bar). The valve accepts standard analog control signals to continuously adjust spool opening, converting electrical control commands into proportional hydraulic flow output for accurate force, speed and position control of hydraulic actuators. This high pressure servo valve is widely adopted in heavy forging presses, large material test benches, metal forming equipment, high-pressure hydraulic simulation systems and other heavy industrial hydraulic applications.
