The Bently Nevada 1900/65A-00-00-02-00-00 is a standalone General Purpose Monitor designed for continuous condition monitoring and Vibration Protection of medium and small rotating machinery. This Equipment Monitor delivers flexible and cost-effective machinery protection for a wide range of industrial assets without requiring large rack-based monitoring systems. It is widely deployed in oil & gas, power generation, water treatment and manufacturing industries to protect pumps, fans, blowers, motors and small compressors from unexpected mechanical damage and unplanned shutdowns.

This General Purpose Monitor supports four transducer inputs and four temperature inputs. The transducer channels can accept proximity probes, velocity sensors and accelerometers to capture vibration and speed signals. Temperature channels work with multiple types of thermocouples and RTD sensors to track bearing and process temperature. Each channel supports independent Alert and Danger setpoint configuration, allowing operators to customize alarm thresholds according to different machine operating conditions. The unit comes with six programmable relay outputs and four 4-20mA recorder outputs, which enable local alarm triggering and analog signal transmission to control systems.

The Vibration Protection device adopts 24-bit ADC conversion for high measurement accuracy. It integrates a local display panel for on-site checking of real-time readings, alarm status and event history, storing up to 200 event records for fault review. Built-in self-diagnosis functions detect sensor faults, signal loss and internal hardware failures. It supports Modbus communication to connect with DCS, PLC, SCADA and System 1 software for centralized data management. The Equipment Monitor can be installed via DIN rail or bulkhead mounting, featuring compact rugged hardware suitable for harsh industrial cabinet environments. When vibration or temperature parameters exceed preset safety limits, the monitor activates relay outputs to trigger warnings or equipment trip, completing reliable machinery protection.
